On most domestic (US) orders (except heavy or bulky ones), I ship by USPS Priority unless you choose otherwise. Normally I ship orders the same day, if possible, or the next business day. 


If you prefer a different shipment method please indicate so during checkout.

Items shipped to an incorrect address is the responsibility of the buyer.

I can ship your item to a different address (example: as a gift) at no additional cost. Let me know in the “Notes”.


No refunds or credits will be given for items lost due to incorrect mailing address.


My goal is for you to be pleased with every purchase from my shop.

If for any reason (other than damage in shipment) you are not happy with your purchase please contact me within 7 days of the receipt of your purchase and I will authorize a return.  Upon the return of undamaged goods I will refund your full purchase minus shipping fees.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned and received in original packaging in original condition and shipped with Delivery Confirmation.

I insure every shipment for the full purchase price of the item at no additional cost to you.  Should the item arrive damaged or broken please take sufficient photographs to fully document the condition of the item and the packaging upon arrival.  Contact me promptly to inform me of the situation and I will assist you in making a damage claim with the USPS, if you need help.  The USPS Shipping Damage claims process is mainly designed to be initiated by the buyer, not the seller.

Please retain the broken item and original packaging until the claims process is complete.  Then you may dispose of as you desire.
